It can depend on the clip and it can depend on the paper. I printed Justin's "Hummer H2" on heavy Hahnemuhle paper and find that my clips will leave indentations. In all likelihood I will mat and frame this piece so any imperfections would be covered but I tend to be a little overprotective. I save scraps of museum board and cut them to pad (front and back) clips when I am doing an informal hanging.

Just curious about your presentation, I noticed the tabs of paper under the binder clips. Will binder clips alone damage prints?

Thanks for the info. I am building a project wall to hang work and just bought a box of binder clips but wasn't sure how they would handle.
