A blogger never tells! Actually to fill in some of the backstory. I subscribe to 106 blogs. I only subscribe to blogs that post regularly (at least once a week, many post once a day). I divide them into categories in my Reader (Art, Photography, Technology, Humor, Life, etc.). I came home from vacation with more than 800 posts to catch up on. I also get daily newspapers, 6 periodicals, watch the news and listen to NPR. These are the resources I plumb. Sadly, I can't track down exactly where I came across this video (since 600 posts containing 2-3 links each take me down the rabbit hole)(I'm going to guess one of the technology blogs). In the name of full disclosure, I have to say that I get this information for my personal use, education and entertainment. About a year ago I finally gave in to the pressure of friends to glean and pass it on in the form of this blog.
Not too much - all informative to a novice such as I. However, I have found in watching your Gates video again that about half way through it goes staccato, stopping and starting. Is that caused at my end or yours? Would love to see the whole thing if possible.
That problem is generally caused by the player being faster than your download. Two solutions. Start the player and then hit pause. When the video completely downloads (bar at bottom of player) hit play to resume. The other is to go directly to the site by way ot the Video: Bill Gates Last Day CES Clip link.
O.K. That worked. Now I'm rolling on the floor with great pain around my laughing too long lips, ribs, and squinting eyes. If corp America keeps us laughing like this, we'll end up enjoying getting screwed by them! P
Absolutely hysterical! Where did you get this?

ReplyDeleteWould the term "too much information" apply here?
